Automate the routine. Keep control of rental terms and request decisions.

Delivery without the busywork

Send the login and password using your template. Reserve the account and disable its linked listings while it is occupied.

One account. Multiple listings.

Link one or more listings to an account, with individual Russian and English titles for each listing.

Keep time under control

Set individual durations and reminders, extend rentals, adjust time or end them early. Buyers can check their remaining time themselves.

Codes for the active renter

The !код command provides an authenticator code only during an active rental. No email is required; connecting an authenticator is optional.

Keep listing ranks current

Fetch the rank through HenrikDev and update linked listing titles and filters. Select a rank manually if the automatic check is unavailable.

Replace without losing time

Buyers request a replacement with !бан. Approve or reject it in Telegram; a replacement keeps the remaining rental time.

A clear refund workflow

After a replacement, !возврат helps buyers select their own order from the past 6 hours. Eligible requests go to the seller for a decision.

Reward reviews with time

Configure extra rental time for a review. Duplicate-award protection prevents the same bonus from being credited again.

Your messages, your voice

Edit delivery, reminder, code, replacement and refund messages. Template variables insert the relevant data automatically.

History, figures and backups

Rental history, order totals by currency and income per account. Problem notifications, backups and data restoration.

!возврат suggests the buyer’s own order numbers from the past 6 hours. Eligibility and FunPay order status are checked.
You make the decision
Eligible requests arrive in Telegram: approve, decline or add time to investigate.
No decision — an automatic refund
If no decision is made within 10 minutes, an automatic refund is initiated. Keep this deadline in mind.
